Discovery Session

We start with a free no-obligation Discovery Session to determine if we’re a good fit and can build a strong working relationship.

In this 20 minute phone or Skype conversation we’ll briefly explore the challenges you’re facing, what you want to have happen and the resources and obstacles you have working for and against you. If my skills don’t match your needs, I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction. If I believe that I can be of benefit to you, we’ll discuss options to begin our coaching relationship and get you moving forward.

Coaching Sessions

I typically work with clients for 6 – 24 sessions over 3 – 12 months. How long we work together will depend on your individual goals, challenges and resources. Individual sessions are 80 minutes in duration and are typically scheduled weekly or fortnightly.


Coaching partnerships range in cost from $1440 – $6700 (+ GST)


Coaching is conducted online via Skype, Zoom or Google Hangouts.
Face to face coaching is conducted in consulting rooms in Brunswick, Fitzroy North or Melbourne CBD.

Private, confidential one to one and couples coaching. I employ evidence based coaching methodologies including: NLP, mBraining, Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Experiential and Creative Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Yogic philosophy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Constellations.

What to Expect

In Session

My coaching style is warm, compassionate and pragmatic. In conversation I’ll seek to elicit solutions and strategies from you by posing powerful questions. I may invite you to engage in thought experiments as written or embodied exercises and you will leave each session with actions to complete in support of achieving your goals and developing greater flexibility in your approach to challenge.

I employ a solutions-focused framework that embraces the whole person. I’m interested in supporting you to find your own solutions and to feel empowered in your decision-making, hence I avoid offering advice but will enthusiastically brainstorm with you. I will compassionately question your excuses, beliefs and assumptions to nudge you out of limiting habitual behaviours and into self- insight.

In Between Sessions

I am a particularly hands on coach. In between coaching sessions I am available to clients for 15 minute Focus Calls , in which you have the opportunity to debrief significant decisions or impactful events at the time that they occur (or as soon as is practicable). I will often send pertinent resources (articles, books, links etc.) or messages of encouragement and reminder to accelerate positive change and support you to maintain your focus and momentum.


My service does not include treatment of medically diagnosed mental health disorders including bi-polar disorder, anxiety & panic disorders, eating disorders, clinical depression, schizophrenia, substance abuse and addiction.

However, I do work with many people who have been, or are being treated, for anxiety &/or depression as well as people who have substance abuse and addiction challenges. Therefore, although I do not treat these issues, my therapeutic coaching approach has proved to be a successful adjunct to issue specific treatment, given by a qualified health professional, to significantly improve the life outcomes for people facing those challenges.
